MAIN PROJECT: 
GSC Awards in Sustainable & Socially Responsible Sourcing www.gsc3sawards.com 

o       Designed and managed the organization’s marketing strategy with focus on branding and optimization of the GSC’s mission, message and promotion through 2 editions of the GSC 3S Awards program (2012-2013); defined and reported on KPIs and tangible goals;
o       Digital and print advertising placement and publicity; designed and executed marketing and publicity campaigns (digital + traditional) for both awards program editions;
o       Responsible for all digital content via developing appropriate editorial and graphic content for the marketing and other platforms; managed all databases and platforms, including 2 websites in WordPress (implemented SEO strategies), two e-mail marketing platforms and a webinar platform (GoToWebinar); some HTML web development;
o       Provided heavy research assistance for annual reports and grant reports; wrote and edited articles on the topics of CSR, responsible global sourcing, trade and U.S. policy concerning global trade and sourcing;
o       Oversaw all social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and included them in marketing plan alongside social media advertising and apps; oversaw and performed video production (FCP7);
o       Web analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, PulseMaps, Coremetrics); implemented web and some mobile marketing into the digital marketing strategy (Google AdWords, SEO for blog posts, apps, etc.);
o       Created advanced reporting strategies optimizing digital and non-digital marketing; A/B testing; created advanced budgets and expense reports;
o       Responsible for all media communications and strategy (targeted outlets; wrote press releases; designed delivery methods and organized events); conducted and moderated monthly webinars via GoToWebinars
o       Edited and distributed monthly digital newsletter, The Source, via Constant Contact, GoDaddy, ClubExpress; regularly contributed articles / research; produced content for syndicate publications - Globalization Today, Hindustan Times, The Outsourcing Magazine;
o       Managed a team of 2-3 interns and 1-5 contractors at a time; designed contracts and work curricula, provided references, managed invoices;

SAMPLE SUCCESS: Raised the Facebook following from 17 to 2,400 followers over three months. Increased the website traffic by 200+%. Publicity pieces in 10+ global media outlets.

Luiza Oleszczuk is the translator and editor of the catalog for the 2011 exhibition of Jerzy Kosałka and Adam Niklewicz at the Opole Modern Art Gallery in Poland. She is also the translator of essays by Łukasz Kropiowski, which accompanied the exhibition.
